Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Manager at Union Motor Corporation, located in Metro Manila. The Audit Manager will oversee the planning and execution of financial audits, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role involves analyzing financial data, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to financial processes. Collaborating with teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintaining high standards of accounting practices are essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements, Financial Audits, and Accounting
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills with the ability to assess financial data and identify discrepancies
  • Expertise in Finance with a solid understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and audit processes effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or related industry is an advantage
