Wok Chef

Join the dynamic culinary team at Trancendental Relection Restaurant Group as a Wok Chef. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Asian dishes at our restaurant located in Guiguinto Bulacan. Your skills and expertise in the art of wok-based cooking will be essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Expertly prepare and cook a range of wok-fired dishes to the highest standards
2. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, of high quality and properly prepared
3. Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
4. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver menu items efficiently and on time
6. Assist in inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
7. Participate in menu development and provide creative input

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a wok chef or in a similar high-volume culinary role
2. Proven expertise in preparing a wide variety of authentic Asian cuisines
3. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills
6. Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
