Aircon Technician

Job Overview:

To carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment, and systems by agreed service levels, and respond to site engineering emergencies.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations and Maintenance

• Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment, and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and service level agreements
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and effect emergency repairs as required
• To undertake procedures, regular checks and routine inspections in conjunction with the engineering team
• Assist and enhance service delivery through best practices and effective use of site systems and equipment
• Carry out risk assessments for engineering, maintenance, and repair activities
• Perform tasks as deemed necessary by the Shift Engineer

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as AC Technician in Facilities Management; NC2 Domrac is a PLUS
• Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical and Mechanical
• Willing to follow a 6-day work schedule, with rotating shift depending on business needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
