Always check if waitress signed the O.S. for any canceled or additional items before bill out

Always serve dessert when customers are 95% done with dining

Always encode the order items in the POS & view the items & quantity before printing the bill

Always settle only two O.S. at a time

Always double-check mode of payment

For cash payments → repeat to the customers how much was received & write the amount in the bill

Always follow the VIP card & Senior Discount card standard procedure (No double discounts allowed)

Always double-check O.S. number when opening a new pad (Check missing or double numbering → if yes, report to manager)

Always make sure manager and cashier of the day sign the deposit slip & count money before going to the bank for cash sales deposit

Personal grooming & hygiene (Proper uniform, hairnet, nametag & apron)
