About the Role

The client is revolutionising the renovation industry with a hassle-free, design-led buying experience. We seek an Experienced Graphic Designer skilled in photo editing and retouching to join our Content Team.

In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Designer, using existing templates to create social media graphic posts, documentation, instruction manuals, technical data sheets, and other marketing collateral. Additionally, you will assist our Product Photographer with photo retouching to ensure our products look beautiful and accurately display the correct colour, texture, and finish on our website. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Collaborate with the Marketing Designer to create visually appealing graphics, including digital advertisements, social media assets, website banners, product documentation, instruction manuals, and email newsletter banners.
• Utilise design software such as Adobe InDesign, Lightroom, and Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals.

Photo Retouching and Photo Manipulation

• Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal and maintain consistency in style.
• Perform photo manipulation when required, such as editing products onto a different backdrop.
• Maintain a high-quality standard in all design and photography work, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring accuracy and consistency.

File Management and Organization

• Ensure graphic and photography files are named using the approved naming convention set by the Marketing Designer and are saved in a clear filing structure.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and deliver designs and photographs that align with our brand guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback from the content team and make necessary adjustments to designs and photographs.
• Use project management tools such as Airtable and Slack to manage tasks and communicate effectively with the team.

Spark Positive Change

• Identify areas to improve overall effectiveness in our internal and external processes and procedures.

Other Responsibilities

• Make necessary process suggestions and improvements that can help the team.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.

About You

• At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in photo editing and retouching.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and accurate representations of products.
• You are proficient in using Adobe InDesign, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
• You have experience using project management tools such as Airtable and Slack.
• You possess excellent organisational skills and can maintain a clear, structured filing system.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and can effectively incorporate feedback to enhance your work.
• You are enthusiastic about learning from a team of creatives and have a genuine interest in interior design and decor.
