Role Overview
As a Sustainability Consultant, you will advise clients' leadership teams on ESG strategy, compliance, and operational improvements. You will conduct assessments, design frameworks, and deliver actionable recommendations that reduce risk, enhance transparency, and create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sustainability and ESG assessments across operations, supply chains, and stakeholder networks.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon footprint, improve resource efficiency, and strengthen social responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with local and international ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISO).
- Prepare audit-ready reports and dashboards for investors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed sustainability into organizational culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into product, service, and policy design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG reporting, or corporate responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Certifications such as LEED, ISO 14001, or ESG reporting credentials are an asset.
