OVERALL PURPOSE : Ensure all purchase orders are issued completely and accurately. Ensures all stocks received from the suppliers are acknowledged accurately.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

· Ensure all purchase orders for receiving are issued

· Responsible for acknowledging stocks received from the suppliers

· Responsible in transferring/sending data files to other departments

· Encode quantity received and packer's productivity

· Ensure all promo items were packed and received on the same day.

· Return all bad orders and other unproductive SKU's to suppliers

· Encode necessary adjustments and prints inventory checklist

· Ensure all payroll of Distribution Staff are released

· Respond to supplier's delivery complaint

· Responsible for the requisition/distributions of office and warehouse supplies
