  • Manages the metallurgical aspects of the plant in order to optimize production.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates operating strategies.
  • Monitors process and does data analysis for trouble shooting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Operates truck scale in the absence of metallurgist, material controller, test engineer or Research Metallurgist.
  • Recommending plant simulation tests to check in which process parameters had deviation resulting to operational problem.
  • Analyze available production / process data to find performance trends that will serve as guide in troubleshooting.
  • Checks metallurgical accounting of daily, monthly and annual production reports.
