Dining Steward

Job Description

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and back-of-house areas
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly according to service standards
• Assist servers with water service, refilling beverages, and delivering basic food items as needed
• Ensure proper handling, washing, and storage of dishes, utensils, and glassware
• Monitor and restock dining supplies (napkins, cutlery, condiments, tableware)
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
• Support setup and breakdown for daily service, events, and special functions
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of trash and recycling areas
• Assist kitchen and service teams during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
• Provide courteous, efficient support to guests and team members
• Report maintenance issues, shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors

Job Qualification

• With experience as a kitchen/dining steward for at least 6 months
• Good organizational skills
• Can follow instructions well
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work different hours
• Willing to take orders from different people
• Willing to assign at Key Coffee, Mitsukoshi Mall, BGC Taguig.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
