
Sales and Product Specialist

Job Summary:
The Sales & Product Specialist is responsible for driving sales and expanding market reach through direct selling and multilevel marketing strategies, focusing on the company's wellness and health products. With a background in medicine or health sciences, she will serve as a trusted product expert, delivering accurate information on product benefits, safety, and usage. This role combines medical knowledge, sales expertise, and leadership skills to grow customer networks, support distributors, and promote overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell wellness products through direct selling and multilevel marketing.
- Conduct product demonstrations, wellness talks, and community presentations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for wellness products, ensuring accurate information on health benefits, usage, and precautions.
- Conduct training sessions on sales teams on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Prepare product guides, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Provide after-sales support and address client inquiries about wellness products.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for product improvement.
- Support and participate in wellness events, trade shows, and company-led promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns highlighting product benefits.
- Act as a company representative and brand ambassador in the wellness community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or related health sciences (preferred).
- Experience in direct selling and/or multilevel marketing, preferably in wellness, health, or beauty products.
- Strong background in product knowledge within the medical or wellness field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours for sales activities and trainings.
