  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Merchandising
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in known Restaurant or Cafe industry
  • Have good presentation skills to foreign Principals, thus with excellent communication skills
  • Strong background in Marketing and/or Merchandising/Inventory Planning in the Restaurant Industry
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management of food items / perishable goods
  • Monitor trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activities
  • Assist and oversee new and ongoing marketing activities
  • Build brand awareness by brand positioning & customer insights
  • Lead the creative development to motivate the target audience to sales conversion
