Fleet Analyst Dispatcher

Job Purpose

Fleet Analyst is responsible to support vehicle's supply, service and support process. On the other hand as Logistics Dispatcher he is responsible to orchestrate freight movement and equipment from one place to another while keeping close communication with truck drivers. They also review drivers' logs and maintain various records, such as delivery truck checklist, dispatching monitoring and any delivery related documents.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in checking and scheduling vehicle parts replacement and maintenance (including tires, servicing etc).

2. They are responsible to analyze, correct and communicate fleet's finance status.

3. Fleet analyst must conduct analysis and researches to further improve Logistics operations.

4. Maintains, update and monitor database or any monitoring file for proper documentation

5. Coordinate license, permit and vehicle insurance renewal.

6. Monitors vehicle mileage and fuel efficiency.

7. Coordinate with third party vehicle companies if needed.

8. Responsible to report vehicle issues and accidents immediately to the Logistics Manager.

9. Ensures 100% Cleanliness of delivery trucks before proceeding to dispatching.

10. Ensures dispatch documents or any needed attachments will be available for every driver.

11. Checking of delivery trucks by means of truck checklist before proceeding to dispatching.

12. Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc

13. Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

 College Graduate (BSBA Management, Mechanical Engineering)

 At least one (1) to two (2) years related working experience

 Has an excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)

 Has a strong work ethics

 Can work under pressure

 Has enough knowledge about vehicles
