Telesales Agent

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Agent to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers by phone, promoting our products and services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is persuasive, target-driven, and equipped with excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
• Present product and service features clearly, confidently, and persuasively
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and helpful manner
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Document all calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide constructive feedback to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or any sales-related role
• (Fresh graduates with strong motivation and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.)

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Resilient, positive attitude, and the ability to stay motivated despite challenges or rejection

• Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems and Excel
• Fluent in both English and Tagalog
