Job Overview:

Dynamic and detail-oriented Livestream Specialist to manage and enhance our livestream initiatives across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for operating livestream sessions, providing detailed performance reports, and actively monitoring platform activities during livestreams to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for viewers.

Main Responsibilities:

Livestream Operation

• Set up, manage and operate livestream sessions across designated platforms.
• Coordinate with host, moderators, and content teams to ensure seamless broadcast execution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimize disruptions.

Reporting and Analytics

• Track key livestream performance metrics such as viewer engagement, sales impact, and audience behavior.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive post-livestream reports with insights and recommendations.

Platform Monitoring

• Actively monitor platform activities and stock movement during livestreams.
• Escalate concerns or issues promptly to ensure audience satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in livestream production
• Strong technical knowledge of livestream tools, software, and platforms-specific features.
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple task during live events.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
