About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician/Multi-Skilled Technician (NCII) to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Your expertise and dedication will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our client's facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose and repair issues with various HVAC components, such as compressors, motors, and controls
  • Conduct routine inspections and follow-up on maintenance schedules
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment status

What we're looking for

  • National Certificate II (NC II) in HVAC/R or a relevant technical qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or Multi-Skilled Technician
  • Proficient in the maintenance and repair of various HVAC systems and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address complex HVAC issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to safety and a willingness to adhere to industry regulations

Location: Vito Cruz, Taft Ave. Malate Manila

Schedule: 6x week / shifting schedule (full onsite job)
