Reservation Executive

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (vocational/college level with relevant experience also acceptable).

· At least 1–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.

· Background in sales, business development, or account management (resort/hotel experience is an advantage).

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office applications.

· Excellent customer service orientation with strong problem-solving abilities.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Flexible to work schedules, including weekends and holidays.

· Willing to work or reside near West Service Road, Muntinlupa City.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, online booking platforms, and walk-ins in a professional and courteous manner.

· Accurately process individual and group reservations, ensuring proper documentation and timely confirmations.

· Maintain updated knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, promotions, and resort facilities.

· Coordinate with Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and other departments for group bookings, special requests, or VIP arrangements.

· Proactively upsell resort services such as room upgrades, dining, and activity packages.

· Ensure guest information and payment details are accurately recorded and securely maintained.

· Monitor and update the reservation system daily to prevent overbooking and discrepancies.

· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports as required by management.

· Address guest concerns or complaints related to reservations promptly, escalating when necessary.

· Contribute to positive guest relations before, during, and after their stay.
