On Call Server

Entails serving food and drinks as needed at events, banquets, or busy times. Greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and keeping the eating area tidy are all important duties. Flexibility and dependability are necessary for this position in order to work planned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
• Assist in setting up dining areas, banquet rooms, or event spaces (tables, chairs, linens, utensils, décor).
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, dining spaces, and service stations.
• Follow standard operating procedures, service sequences, and safety/ sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in clearing tables, resetting setups, and post-event teardown.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and report issues to supervisors as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned during events or shifts.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in restaurant or banquet service (but not required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and carry trays, plates, or equipment.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule; must be available during evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• On-call status means work is based on business needs and event bookings.
