Flexible Hybrid | 6-Month Internship (with potential for permanent employment)

We're looking for a passionate and creative Content Intern (Photo + Video) who understands the digital culture of Gen Z and Millennials. If you love fashion, have a keen eye for storytelling, and know how to produce content that makes people stop scrolling, this role is for you.

This is a 6-month internship program with the possibility of promotion to a permanent position based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit photos and videos that are visually appealing, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Develop content tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with brand goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, challenges, and viral content formats.
  • Deliver content on time with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Participate both behind the camera and occasionally in front of it.
  • Optimize content for reach and engagement, with a basic understanding of SEO.
  • Maintain consistency in brand tone, look, and storytelling across platforms.

  • Experience in content creation — through school projects, freelance, internships, or personal work.
  • Skilled in photo and video production/editing (social media–ready).
  • Strong storytelling skills and an eye for brand narratives.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and its role in content.
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, collaborative, and professional).
  • Highly sensitive to deadlines with strong time management.
  • Detail-oriented when reviewing and executing content.
  • Trend-savvy, adaptable, and collaborative team player.

Work Setup

  • Flexible hybrid: mostly online collaboration.
  • In-person meetings only when necessary (shoot days or occasional coworking sessions).

Job Types: Temporary, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
