Overview:

 We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Content Manager to embrace Andocia's mission and core values while crafting compelling content and driving results across social platforms. This hybrid role combines strategic content management, email campaign oversight, blog post creation, and social video editing to support brand growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively in a remote / office work environment, demonstrate exceptional creativity, and maintain a people-first approach to clients interactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation and Management:
    Develop meaningful and shareable social media content for designated clients that align with the company's mission and purpose.
    Craft creative and engaging copy for social posts, email campaigns, and blog content.
    Edit and produce engaging social videos, including captioning, quick cuts, and repurposing macro content into stackable formats.

  • Platform and Engagement Oversight:
    Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
    Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and foster an online community.
    Monitor and analyze social media trends to implement innovative strategies.

  • Performance Tracking and Strategy:
    Track and report KPIs for designated accounts, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
    Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas for enhancing content strategy and effectiveness.

  • Additional Duties:
    Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and scheduling.
    Manage blog post creation and distribution to align with content goals.
    Ensure timely delivery of projects while working within a flexible schedule.

Requirements ● Proven experience in social media management, copywriting, and video editing.
● Proficiency with social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics tools).
● Strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling and brand building.
● High attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
● Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting to measure campaign success.
