Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Chair at Feati University located in Sta. Cruz, Manila. The Department Chair will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs, faculty, and students within the department, as well as leading curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in academic program management
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment
  • Ability to mentor and support faculty and students
  • Must have a Master's Degree related to Architecture
  • Previous experience in higher education administration is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
