Sales Agent

Job Summary:

The Sales Agent (Sealants & Adhesives) is responsible for promoting and selling the company's line of sealant and adhesive products to contractors, construction companies, retailers, and distributors. The role involves building strong client relationships, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell sealant and adhesive products to existing and potential clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, client meetings, and networking.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and provide after-sales support to customers.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain good relationships with contractors, hardware stores, architects, and construction professionals.
• Coordinate with the technical/operations team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to support sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide technical advice regarding product applications.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, sealants, adhesives, or related products.
• Strong technical understanding of sealant and adhesive applications is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork regularly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
