Job DescriptionWe are seeking Mid to Senior-level Java Spring Boot Developers to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs. Ideal candidates are highly skilled in Spring Boot, passionate about writing clean code, and comfortable working within Agile/Scrum teams.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend applications using Spring BootCollaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product owners in Agile/Scrum teams

Create and interpret UML diagrams such as use case, activity, and sequence diagrams

Apply software design patterns to solve development challenges efficiently

Utilize tools like Git, JIRA, and Confluence for code management and collaboration

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers (especially in senior roles)Participate in technical planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Debug and troubleshoot application issues promptly and effectively

Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field (Undergraduates are welcome to apply)At least 3 years of experience with Spring BootKnowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Experience in reading and creating UML diagrams

Familiarity with design patterns and their application

Proficiency with IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJExperience using Git, Confluence, and JIRAExperience in mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus
