Basic Qualifications:

  • BS Accountancy Graduate and must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license holder and in good standing.
  • With at least five (5) years of meaningful experience in accounting, finance and audit.
  • At least one (1) year experience as Accounting Manager or otherwise, to compensate for the required level of experience in managerial capacity, should have a minimum of three (3) years of progressive and extensive experience in managing and handling the Accounting Department at supervisory capacity.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of PFRS, GAAP and Tax updates (including, but not limited to, BIR, SEC and PEZA requirements)
  • Advanced knowledge and working experience in ERP Management (NOAH, SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.)
  • Proven experience in formulating and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
  • Well-versed in Financial Statement reporting and analysis (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash-flow including Tax Compliance)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office-based applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Thorough, meticulous, dependable, and able to work with high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to relate well with different levels of managers/personnel within the organization.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
