Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our retail team in Antique. The role is responsible for achieving sales quotas, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a premium in-store experience for every shopper.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve individual and store sales quotas through effective selling and upselling techniques.
2. Engage and assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs.
3. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide accurate information on features and benefits.
4. Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and inventory organization.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries professionally.
6. Support in-store promotions and marketing activities to drive sales.
7. Maintain a professional image that reflects the company's brand and values.

Qualifications

• At least college level or graduate of any 2- or 4-year course
• Preferably with retail or sales experience, but open to fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, confident, and customer-focused
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall hours
