About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Basic Hauling and Logistic Inc. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and transportation business, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services. This full-time position is based in Antipolo City, Rizal.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  2. Managing and supervising the operations team, including scheduling, dispatch, and fleet maintenance
  3. Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  4. Coordinating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  7. Collaborating with the management team to achieve the company's overall strategic objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the logistics or transportation industry
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  4. Proficient in the use of relevant operational management software and tools
  5. Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  6. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
