Primary Function:

Sr. Equipment engineers may evaluate, inspect, maintain, design, analyze and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment. These engineers can work in distinct areas, such as electrical, mechanical or computer engineering. General duties can include testing and overseeing the production of equipment, as well as performing extensive and complex repairs on existing equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Supervise a group of Equipment Engineer/Officer on their daily activities.

  2. Monitor progress of Equipment Engineer/Officer projects to ensure they are timely completed.

  3. Conduct annual review of Equipment Engineer/Officer to assess their weaknesses and provide improvement goals.

  4. Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company equipment.

  5. Perform equipment upgrades as per customer requirements.

  6. Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.

  7. Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability.

  8. Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.

  9. Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.

  10. Work with management to develop equipment specifications for next generation products.

Job Specification and Qualification

Educational Attainment : Engineering Course (ECE/EE/COE/ME)

Training/Work Experience : Preferably with minimum of 3 years' experience as a Line

Maintenance/Equipment Engineer in a Semiconductor Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
