About the role

As a Customer Service Representative for the Easy and Non-toxic Account at StaffSmart Outsourcing, you will be the friendly voice and first point of contact for our valued customers. In this full-time role based in Bridgetowne,Pasig, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in a courteous and helpful manner
  2. Effectively address customer questions, concerns, and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience
  3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  4. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  6. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide empathetic support
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  5. A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
