About the role

Join the dynamic team at Bank One Savings Corporation as a Branch Teller. In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will be the face of our retail banking operation, delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital part in achieving our strategic goals and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide prompt and courteous service to customers at the teller counter
  2. Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, such as accepting deposits, cashing cheques, and handling cash withdrawals
  3. Balance cash drawers and ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Bank One Savings Corporation's products and services
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of banking policies, regulations, and security protocols
  6. Collaborate with the branch team to provide a seamless and positive customer experience
  7. Contribute to the achievement of the branch's sales and service targets

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business related course,Finance, Economics, IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  2. Fresh Graduate/no experience are welcome to apply
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  5. Proficient in basic mathematical skills and comfortable handling cash and financial transactions
  6. Familiarity with banking procedures and regulations
  7. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
