About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Strategy Assistant to join the team for the Sister Company of RSL Food Products. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-level strategic and administrative support to the executive leadership team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting research and analysis to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation to help informed decision-making processes
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the executive team
- Providing administrative support, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with general office tasks
- Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the optimization of systems and workflows
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar strategy or executive assistant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing potential issues
