Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Accountant, located in Taguig with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting internal audits. The role involves collaborating with various departments and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial record management, accounts payable and receivable
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Analytical skills for financial data analysis and internal audits
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
