Job Responsibilities

• A solid understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, their preparation methods, and recipes is essential and Chinese restaurant background is advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with customers and providing a positive experience.
• Knowledge of bar setup, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace is necessary.
• Familiarity with using computer systems for taking orders, processing payments, and managing inventory is important.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA): Understanding and adhering to laws and regulations regarding serving alcohol responsibly is crucial.
• Bartenders need to be able to handle cash, make change, and use computer systems.
• Bartenders need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing drinks, and managing the bar area.
• A good memory is helpful for remembering customer preferences, drink recipes, and bar operations.
• Bartenders need to be able to stand and work for extended periods and potentially lift and carry items.
