Treasury Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash and forecast cash requirements
• Ensure optimal liquidity to meet the company's operational and investment needs
• Implement cash management strategies to enhance the efficiency of cash flows
• Manage and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services, loans, and investment products
• Ensure compliance with all banking covenants and financial regulations
• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash disbursements, receipts and bank reconciliations
• Supervise the preparation of cash flow reports, variance analysis and financial forecasts
• Implement and maintain treasury policies, procedures and internal controls
• Evaluate and manage short term and long-term investment strategies
• Monitor market trends and make recommendations for investment opportunities
• Ensure the company's investment portfolio aligns with risk management policies and objectives
• Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and audits
• Provide insights and recommendations based on treasury data and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Cash Management, Disbursement, and Collection in senior level.
• Strong understanding of cash management, banking and investment principles
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa & General Trias, Cavite
