Job Summary:

The Multimedia Head is responsible for leading and managing all multimedia content of the company, including graphic design, video production, photography, and digital media. This role ensures that all visual and creative outputs align with the company's branding, marketing goals, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the multimedia team (graphic designers, videographers, editors).
• Plan, create, and oversee multimedia content for marketing, promotions, events, and social media.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual materials.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and Operations for content requirements.
• Review, approve, and improve all multimedia outputs before release.
• Manage timelines, schedules, and project deadlines.
• Handle multimedia equipment, software, and creative tools.
• Stay updated on design trends, digital platforms, and new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Film, or related field.
• Proven experience in multimedia production and team leadership.
• Proficient in design and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong creative, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
