We are seeking a Multimedia Content Creator
for a full-time, on-site role at Okada Manila. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content that captures the essence of our brand and elevates guest engagement. The ideal candidate will be adept in photography, videography, video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling—showcasing Okada Manila's diverse offerings across multiple channels.

You will work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to produce compelling visuals, from vibrant event coverage to cinematic brand films, ensuring all creative output aligns with our premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production
  : Capture, edit, and produce engaging videos, photos, and multimedia materials for campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
• Photography
  : Conduct lifestyle, event, and product shoots, ensuring premium composition, lighting, and brand alignment.
• Videography
  : Operate professional video cameras and equipment to produce cinematic-quality footage.
• Video Editing
  : Edit video content using industry-standard software, incorporating creative cuts, pacing, sound design, and visual effects.
• Motion Graphics
  : Design and animate graphics, titles, and visual elements to enhance storytelling and brand presentation.
• Equipment Operation
  : Proficiently handle cameras, lenses, lighting gear, stabilizers, drones, and audio equipment.
• Creative Collaboration
  : Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize content that supports marketing, events, and brand initiatives.
• Quality Control
  : Maintain high production standards, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual identity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in
  photography, videography, video editing, and motion graphics
  .
• Proficiency in
  Adobe Creative Suite
  (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) or equivalent professional tools.
• Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting systems, drones, and related accessories.
• Strong visual storytelling, composition, and creative direction skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of
  social media platforms
  and digital marketing content trends.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Design, Communication, or related field preferred.
