Machine Operator

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating the manufacturing equipment analogous and associated with it for effective and efficient production.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Engineering course or any 4-year Technical course (e.g. Electromechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical/Electronic Technology, Mechatronics, or Aircraft Maintenance Technology)
• With passion to learn and highly analytical
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on holidays (If needed)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the continuous supply of materials that conforms with the set quality standard.
• Ensures all requirements are met with respect to quality and standards within job scope.
• Regularly checks the condition of the machine and do adjustments as needed and approved in the system.
• Helps eliminate losses and improve the line by zero loss mindset.
• Attends shift Daily Direction Setting and or coordinates with the shift team lead on the production schedule and line activities.
• Accomplishes all log sheets and or e-forms efficiently.
