DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Marketing

• Generate new leads through Facebook, referrals, phone calls, trade shows, and field visitations.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with potential customers.
• Negotiate sales orders with prospective clients.
• Monitor all processes from sales order to releasing of the unit to customers.
• Respond to all inquiries—online, or in person—within eight (8) hours of receipt.
• Maintain good relationship with customers or prospective clients to evaluate needs and promote firearms, accessories, and services.
• Secure deposits, payments, and balances from customers as required.
• Actively monitor and engage in Facebook pages and online communities supportive of the company's products.
• Reply to inquiries not only from official UDMC pages but also from relevant firearms-related groups and forums.
• Generate leads and visibility through consistent participation in social media conversations.
• Coordinate with the Marketing to align promotional content, pricing updates, and social campaigns.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Support company events, firearms demonstrations, and trade exhibitions.
• Accompany the Sales Supervisor or Administrative Officer in offsite and out-of-country meetings, as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on client availability and event schedules.

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and Communication, or any related field. (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Multi-tasking, well-organized, and detail-oriented
