The Human Capital Generalist is responsible for supporting the full range of Human Capital functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and employee engagement. This role requires collaboration across departments to ensure Human Capital practices align with business objectives and foster a positive work environment. The Human Capital Generalist also serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, resolving issues, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS (QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES):
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Offices tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Applicant must be willing to assigned in Plaridel, Bulacan.
- The applicant must entail Humility, Integrity, and Malasakit as Core Values of the Company.
