Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and consultants to integrate various design elements into a unified BIM model.
Review and analyze design drawings, shop drawings, and models to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Detect and resolve clashes and interferences between disciplines using BIM coordination tools.
Generate construction drawings, quantity take-offs, and schedules from BIM models.
Support project planning by linking BIM models with 4D (time) and 5D (cost) simulations when applicable.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, templates, and workflows as defined by company or project requirements.
Collaborate with site teams to provide BIM-based support during construction and for as-built model preparation.
Maintain documentation of BIM processes, revisions, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to other team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a BIM Engineer, BIM Modeler, or Design Engineer in the construction industry.
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.
Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.) and coordination workflows.
Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and project documentation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
