Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities with direct brands and media agencies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and close deals for content sponsorships, branded integrations, and long-term media partnerships.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms to identify gaps and opportunities in the media landscape.

Pitching & Presentations: Create and deliver high-impact media kits and customized pitch decks that showcase our audience reach

Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients, ensuring high retention rates through excellent service and performance reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Editorial, Creative, and Production teams to ensure client campaigns are executed flawlessly and align with our brand voice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within a Media House, Advertising Agency, or Digital Platform.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Networking: A strong existing network of brand managers and media buyers is highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to "tell a story" with data.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled on different related-software and social media analytics tools.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where media trends change overnight.
