This role will develop training programs and carry-out approved modules to provide assistance in the skills, knowledge and behavior enhancement of Product Specialist (PC), Product Consultant Supervisors (PCS), Dealers/Branch personnel and CDI Personnel. The role is also responsible in assessing and measuring training and development programs to ensure they are relevant to the needs of the changing business, monitor post-implementation performance of the PCs/PCS and manage the end-to-end learning and development lifecycle for development programs and initiatives

TRAINING AND CAPABILITY MANAGEMENT

Training

  • Develop training modules to address skills & competency gap
  • Conduct and/or arrange training for (PC/PCS/DEALER/Internal Employee)
  • Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
  • Implement PC KPI review and suggest PC Capability development to improved current performance
  • Implement a certification/re-certification and multi-skilling process
  • Responsible in facilitating end to end logistical function during training and/or events, such as but not limited to preparation of training materials, venue sourcing, etc.
  • Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets taking into consideration the return on investment of any training and development program
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Consolidate data to create Capability dashboard.  Analyze & provide recommendation based on the results.
  • Conduct DAY 1 PC on-boarding at store
  • Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews.

Report & Compliance

  • Ensuring all PC compliance on Training/Exam/report submission

IN-STORE AUDIT

Store Audit

  • Ensure proper execution of POP's
  • Weekly Store visit & Mystery Shopper
  • Competitors feedback and Product checking
  • Checking of MDS actual display vs MDS TGT
  • Market Sensing and checking market demand and opportunities

CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT

  • Identifies training strategies to ensure effective implementation of competency development curriculum (e.g., alternative learning methodologies)
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Handles consolidation, distribution and centralization of all technical training materials.

TRAINING LOGISTICS & REGISTER

  • Handle the control, consolidation and centralization of all training records like online exams, training attendance, training budget, & Performance Assessment & Coaching Evaluation Tool.

OTHERS:

  • Special projects may be assigned as extra curriculum & for exposure in the organization (e.g.  Conference, Convention, Team Building Activities, Trade/Dealer Training/Engagement, Facilitation & Hosting)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year College course preferably BS Degree in Education, Human Resources or related field
  • With 2 years working experience in training design and facilitation
  • Excellent English Oral, Written and Presentation Skills
  • Can effectively communicate with all personnel within the organization and external customers (Dealers, PC, PCS etc)
  • Provides a clear vision or direction in accomplishing work deliverables and how these ties up to organizational goals.
  • Expresses ideas effectively, has a clear understanding of one's subject matter which establishes one's self as a credible leader
  • Champions actions to exceed current and future internal/external customer needs.
