A Welder Helper assists certified welders with tasks that support the welding process, such as preparing materials by cleaning and cutting, holding and positioning metal parts, setting up and maintaining welding equipment, and cleaning the work area after welding is complete. They are responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and adhering to all safety guidelines while carrying out various physical and mechanical tasks under the direct supervision of a welder or lead welder.
