Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, titanium).
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • Set up welding equipment and select appropriate settings for materials and thicknesses.
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
  • Use grinders, cutters, and other tools to finish welds and prepare surfaces.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned projects on time.
  • Assist with quality control inspections and document results when required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a TIG welder
  • Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
  • Skilled in using measuring tools
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Welding certifications NCI OR NCII.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
