About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Global Medical Center of Laguna, Inc. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care within our respected medical facility located in Cabuyao City, Laguna. What you'll be doing

• Providing direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing treatment plans
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining detailed medical records
• Identifying and responding to changes in patient condition, escalating concerns as necessary
• Assisting with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Promoting patient and family education to support self-care and recovery
• Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse patient caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team and engage with patients
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems and basic computer skills
• Committed to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
