Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operational efficiency, ensuring availability of funds for branch financial needs and obligations
  • Ensures proper implementation of security control measures in cash collections, handling disbursements, releases, safekeeping, and deposits at all times
  • Accurate recording and reporting of all financial activities of the branch
  • Supports branch to achieve its goals
  • Ensures availability, security and proper usage of allotted branch funds to prevent operational disruptions
  • Ensures accuracy, timelines and safekeeping of all records, documents and reports, keeping them updated and organized at all times
  • Accountable for the safe keeping of vaults, vault combinations and compartment keys
  • Proper handling and safe keeping of funds (Prize Fund, Change Fund, Petty Cash Fund)
  • Accuracy and security of all cash collections, releases and deposits at all times
  • Establishes the optimum funds level
  • Prepares and ensures availability of funds at all times
  • Records and prepares reports of daily fund transactions
  • Aligns recording and reporting based on the branch game program, marketing promo, pay-outs, and other products implemented in the branch
  • Supervises the Cashiers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Vocational equivalent with relevant experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in the same capacity or as a Cashier
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Basic accounting/cash management skills
  • Unquestionable Integrity
  • Training and coaching skills
  • Team player
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Computer Literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
