Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a proven background in the hospitality and resort industry to lead our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic HR initiatives, fostering a positive employee experience, managing employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws and resort-specific operational standards. This role plays a key part in supporting a high-performance culture aligned with our resort's values and guest service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the resort's overall mission and goals
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and employees on HR-related matters
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management
- Must have experience and in-depth knowledge in resort operations
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
