We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff to support daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist in document handling, office coordination, and general clerical tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist clients professionally
- Coordinate with departments for daily operational needs
- Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory
- Prepare basic reports as required by management
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least college level or graduate of any course
- With proven experience as Office Staff or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Can work with minimal supervision
