Overview

BIM Manager / Standards Lead Overview: This role leads the strategic development and implementation of IWG's internal BIM standards, templates, and execution workflows. Responsible for aligning stakeholders across the organization and vendor ecosystem, this person sets the direction for how BIM is leveraged as a core operational tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain IWG BIM standards and Revit template libraries.
  • Lead the development of the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) framework and enforce adherence across projects.
  • Guide BIM-related decisions across design, execution, and facilities teams.
  • Conduct strategic reviews of vendor models and processes to ensure alignment with IWG expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional BIM onboarding and training programs.
  • Evaluate and select BIM technologies and tools for implementation.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in BIM or VDC leadership roles.
  • Extensive expertise in Revit, coordination workflows, and standards implementation.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
  • Proven experience implementing BIM standards across global teams
  • Skilled in change management and digital transformation
