Creative Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer – Multimedia with 5+ years of solid experience in multimedia and creative design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative generalist with strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, presentation design, and web visuals, capable of delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs across multiple platforms.

This role is primarily remote, with seasonal onsite reporting (minimum of four [4] times per month or when needed only) and occasional client-facing coordination. The position requires someone who can lead creative projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual content.

Job Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative projects for clients, from initial briefing through final delivery
• Design and produce high-quality multimedia assets, including:
• Graphic assets for digital and print collaterals
• Web, social media, and digital advertising visuals
• Corporate presentations, pitch decks, and internal visual materials
• Video content and basic to intermediate motion graphics for marketing and corporate use
• Create polished, professional, executive-level and client-ready presentation decks, primarily using PowerPoint
• Conceptualize and execute creative solutions based on briefs, brand guidelines, and client requirements
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all creative outputs
• Collaborate closely with marketing, web, and content teams to maintain creative excellence and brand alignment
• Contribute to front-end web design and development, including layout, UI support, and basic implementation using HTML, CSS, and WordPress
• Support and optimize creatives for social media and digital advertising campaigns
• Provide creative direction, guidance, and constructive feedback when collaborating with other designers or cross-functional teams
• Coordinate directly with clients for creative discussions, revisions, and feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality, performance, and client standards
• Attend onsite reporting at least four (4) times per month, as required

Job Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

(preferred but not required if supported by a strong portfolio)

• 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, creative design, or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for high-impact presentation design
• Proven experience creating executive-level, client-facing, and pitch presentation decks
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding principles
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics for corporate and marketing use
• Solid knowledge of front-end web development, including:

HTML

CSS

WordPress (themes, layouts, and basic customization)

• Familiarity with web, social media, and digital advertising design requirements
• Experience with social media advertising creatives and platforms is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
• Strong project and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities independently
• Comfortable working in a remote setup while maintaining productivity and accountability
• Must present a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia, presentation, video, and web design work
• Remote work arrangement with seasonal onsite reporting: minimum of four (4) times per month or when needed only.
• Client-facing role when required
