Work Schedule:

  • 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mall Hours)

Employment Type:

  • Probationary Contract (6 months)
  • Subject to performance evaluation on the 3rd and 5th month

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Clinic Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent client care while ensuring smooth and efficient clinic processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day clinic operations
  • Supervise front desk activities and client appointment scheduling
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules, shifts, and off days
  • Oversee inventory management and equipment maintenance
  • Monitor sales, prepare reports, and track performance (Excel proficiency required)
  • Support marketing initiatives and client loyalty programs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Cultivate a client-first culture, ensuring every visit is a 5-star experience
  • Perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Hardworking, diligent, honest, and a fast learner
  • Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and delivering excellent client experiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Canva and reporting tools is an advantage
  • Previous experience in clinic, spa, or retail management preferred
  • Open to fresh graduates or applicants with 1–2 years of relevant work experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Mandated Government Benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)
