Job description:

A Service Crew member provides efficient and courteous service to customers in food and beverage establishments, handling tasks like taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleans and prepares the dining area.
  • Greets customers and helps them to their seats.
  • Maintains knowledge of every menu item.
  • Documents orders accurately.
  • Serving food and beverages

  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A passion for providing exceptional dining experiences

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements

Education

  • At least college level

Work experience

  • At least 2 years experience in casual dining environment and experience in F&B
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
